Tuna Refrigeration

Xperto has designed and built plants in the tuna sector throughout South America, proposing systems for fogging, pelagic, autoclaves, chambers, tunnels and more. The technology implemented in the engine room consisted of an ammonia refrigeration system, in order to provide cooling to the Tunnels, Chamber and Process.

We also built a system of chilled water for the process and autoclaves comply with energy efficiency standards and improving the operability of the systems.
